Edward F. and Yvonne F. Milton, are licensed ministers, motivational speakers, authors and marriage influencers. They are the founders of MMAAM - Milton's Ministry Against Angry Marriages - where Edward is the Co-Founder and CEO, and Yvonne is the Co-Founder and President of the non-profit organization. With a passion towards strong marriages free from violence, they Co-Founded the Heart Up Fist Down movement, encouraging others to reach beyond hostility to achieve harmony on purpose in a godly marriage. They highlight the urgent need, in today’s turbulent marital unions, for couples who may face hopeless challenges, to maximize and embrace the best version of themselves, in a creative, unconditional and selfless relationship, through Christ Jesus.

After dating for three years, and graduating from college, with their B.A. degrees, the two exchanged vows, sealed their covenant before God, and have been married for 33 years. They have successfully raised two talented daughters, who continue to serve the Lord with their gifts.

Both Edward & Yvonne graduated summa cum laude from The Pistis Bible Training Center School of Ministry in 2003. They both have served alongside one another, in various HELPS ministry roles at their local church, for over 20 years. Their service included leadership within Word Cell Groups, Breakthrough Prayer, and The Faith Group Ministry Network, where Edward and his supportive wife Yvonne were 4-Life Marriage coaches. They both have also served on the Z.E.S.T. team as well as the Children's Church Ministry, where they served as leaders for children ages 7-9.  Edward also volunteered with Operation Blessing, The Valet Ministry, Parking Lot Ministry, and he has also contributed his service as supervisor in the 24-Hour Prayer Center, while attending The BTC School of Ministry.

Yvonne is a published author of Christian literature as well as poetry, urging women to reach deep inside themselves for inner strength and their purpose in life.  Edward and Yvonne's civic and ministerial advocacy has empowered them to take on community efforts as well. The two of them have been volunteers for The American Heart Association's, Detroit Heart Walk for 16 consecutive years, fundraising towards the cure for heart disease and stroke, in the loving memory of Yvonne’s mother.

With a sincere dedication to their own relationship, they remain committed to inspire couples and share personal experiences on how the infallible Word of God, is the key to their successful marriage. While there are many local expressions of the body of Christ, Edward & Yvonne’s vision for MMAAM is formed to represent Jesus Christ, and the biblical truths regarding marriage and the sanctity of the covenant.
