There you stood in front of the altar, about to commit the rest of your life to your best friend and soul mate.  The two of you smiled into each other’s eyes, as your loved ones witnessed all the splendor.  The ceremony has been performed, and the songs, prayers, and endless salutations have all been heard.  The photos and selfies have been taken, capturing the memories to post on social media for all the world to see. You’d spent countless hours and a small fortune preparing for the big day, full of memories that will last a lifetime.

  

The band played your favorite song, as you held each other and danced your first dance. Yet, once the music stopped, and the beat of the drums were no longer heard, the performance was only just beginning.  Beneath all the tuxedos and lace gowns, lay turmoil waiting to be exposed.  The first few months were blissful, but deep into the marriage, the masquerading before family and friends of the perfect marriage, had began to take its toll.  The bitterness, resentfulness and unforgiveness slowly began creeping into your household, and now you’re living in marital strife.

Nonetheless, all hope is not lost. God is able to speak life back into your marriage, and make a miracle out of what looks impossible. Through MMAAM, Edward & Yvonne are committed to ministering to couples whose marriages are facing a crisis, and encourage a behavioral change, in order to allow genuine communication back into their union. The basis for the restoration of communication begins with the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

 By using biblical discussions to create awareness for the God conscience couple, the ministry urges traditional married couples to invite the Holy Spirit of God in, to bring about a change towards, love over violence.  Edward and Yvonne will encourage couples to focus on scriptural principles to help bring about dramatic results in their relationship in a more civil and understanding manner, with emphasis on their Heart Up Fist Down movement.

Although no marriage is totally void of conflicts, each couple is encouraged to elevate their level of faith, love and commitment needed to move forward in their relationship regardless of the levels of complications.
